How do I inflate my product?

"I"m a pretty smart person, but I just cannot figure out how to inflate the darn thing!" Don't worry! You are not alone.... that's why we've made a short video to get your family bouncing right away!

Choosing the right size

The first consideration should be the child's age:

  • If the child is taller or shorter than his/her age then choose the size according to the age that he looks like. Please keep in mind that grandparents tend to exaggerate their grandchildren's height and achievements.

Most Importantly, keep in mind that Jumping Balls are not like shoes, that must FIT EXACTLY. You can inflate or deflate the ball to adjust for the child's height. If the size is a bit too small, your child will still be able to bounce and probably won't notice the difference, but you may still inflate the ball further to allow the plastic to expand. If it's too large, just take away some air.

Again, we recommend simply inflating/deflating to adjust to the child's height. See also WARNINGS.

  • Adult Jumping Balls: We have had very few adults pop their balls... and we suspect it had nothing to do with their weight... So Jump into the fun, "big children!"

What is the weight limit on the balls?

Since Jumping Balls are our main product, and life's mission, we manufactured them thicker than other companies. Because of that, we guarantee for 30 days that the Jumping Balls you buy directly from our website will not pop, no matter how much weight you place on them.

Jumping Balls can handle about 150 pounds more than most children weigh, therefore we feel it's useless to list such information. If you are wondering which size to choose for your child the first consideration should be the child's age and height:

  • If he is taller than his age then choose the size according to the age that he looks like.
  • If the child is taller or shorter than his/her age then choose the size according to the age that he looks like.
  • Heavier children: If your child is a little heavier than his/her friends, that is fine our Jumping Balls will help make exercise and activity fun.

What size are the Jumping Balls?

  • Ages 3-6: 18"
  • Ages 7-9: 20"
  • Ages 10-12: 22"
  • 13-Adult: 29"
Please note that these are estimates and could vary slightly by ball, depending on how much you inflate them. Most size issues will be fixed by inflating or deflating a bit.

Where are your products made?

The products that we manufacture (Waliki®) are made in China, and tested randomly to meet or exceed ASTTM-963 standards by an independent, CPSC approved third party lab.

Our children size Jumping Balls are free of banned phthalates.

Products made by Gymnic® (the Rody Horse is the most popular one) are made in Italy.

I ordered two balls of the same size but they are different!

We get this question often. Please take a look at this example:

The red ball is an adult size (29") and the yellow ball is an XL (22"). We choose these sizes because their diameter is 7 inches apart, as opposed to the smaller sizes that are different by just 2 inches.

  • First picture: Both are inflated well, you can tell them apart.
  • Second picture: We kept inflating the yellow more. Now they are about the same size.
  • Third picture: We let some air out of the red one and kept inflating the yellow.


The Jumping Ball's size will change depending on how much you inflate them. As your child grows, the ball can grow with him or her. If you are an adult (and if you are reading this you probably are), you can adjust the ball to for a taller or shorter person. Because of the production process Hopper Balls will be somewhat thicker than others, so it will take a little more inflating to get to the right size. This is normal and expected. In short, if your Hopper Balls are a little different there is no reason to worry, just adjust by inflating more or less and Happy Jumping!

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We admit, world domination is part of our goals, and we can only accomplish this by helping children in every country bounce on their Jumping Balls.

We have shipped to Canada, the UK, Spain, Australia, and even Iceland.

Simply email us the quantity you are interested and we will send you the price, including shipping, we can ship a few products, hundreds, or even thousands. Some of these rates can be found at our shipping page, if you don't find what you are looking for there, you may request a quote.

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery time or take responsibility with lost international packages.

We can place your company's logo on orders of 2000 Hopper Balls.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.

We currently accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discovery card, Paypal, and soon Google Checkout. We also accept USA checks, and money orders.

Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

What is the return policy?

We do not accept any international returns.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only orders going to sunny California are charged sales tax.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Just ask! We'll be happy to email it again.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your item(s) back. You must let us know to expect a return.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

We process most orders in 1-4 business days. You can calculate transit time by looking at the chart bellow. Keep in mind that if you are not in a major city your order might take little longer to arrive.

We can also ship via overnight, 2nd day, or via 3rd day. For this you need to confirm with someone on the phone so that we can try to ship it the same or next day. We ship from Los Angeles, California.

We ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS.

DECEMBER SHIPPING: East Coast:

If you order by Monday December 19th 11:59 EST using Priority Processing ($5.95) there is an 80% chance for delivery by December 24th. If it is delayed we will refund your shipping cost. Order by December 25th 11:59 EST for guaranteed* delivery by January 1st, 2012

West Coast:

Order by December 20th 11:59 EST and we guarantee* delivery by December 24th.

How do I return my product?

If you changed your mind and would like to return your order there is a 30% restocking fee to help us recover shipping and processing costs. Items must be unopened.
