| Can I use a PURCHASE ORDER? | |
| Sure! We allow this for schools. We ask that you send the payment right away, but we can ship first and receive the payment later under certain circumstances. For purchase orders place your order and send a separate email with the necessary info about your organization. Please mail checks to: www.JumpingBalls.com 20533 Biscayne BLVD #161 Aventura, Fl 33180 Fax: (305) 428-2814 If you would like to place an order by fax, please place it online first then fax a copy of your invoice to us. We do NOT pack an invoice with your order, you must print out the email confirmation and use that as a receipt. If you have any questions, please let us know right away. We work very hard to make sure you children can exercise and have a good time, and it is only fair that we get paid for our work. |

| Do I have to pay sales tax? | |
| Only orders going to sunny Florida are charged sales tax. | |
| I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. | |

| When will my credit appear on my account? | |
| Credits usually take 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your item(s) back. You must let us know to expect a return. | |
| When will my credit card be charged? | |
| Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). | |
